Governance & Audit

Closing the Loop: Full-Stack Traceability & Executive Sign-Off

When software is delivered autonomously, enterprises require irrefutable proof of compliance and acceptance. DeX provides end-to-end cryptographic traceability across the entire lifecycle.

1. The Verification Gap in Enterprise IT

In typical organizations, asking "which commit solved which customer requirement?" requires combing through git logs, Jira comments, and Slack channels. This lack of traceability creates compliance risks for SOC2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 standards.

DeX solves this by creating an immutable Delivery Manifest. Every line of code, test case, schema migration, and deployment log is cryptographically pinned to the original user statement that triggered it.

Automated Acceptance Validation

The DeX Auditor compares live production runtime behavior against the acceptance criteria defined in Lesson 02. If any condition fails, the manifest highlights the variance for human review.

2. Key Deliverables of the Completed Task Stage

Executive Summary Artifact

High-level scorecard summarizing business objectives achieved, performance metrics, and cost savings.

Compliance & Security Attestation

Automated vulnerability scans, SBOM generation, and license compliance verification certificates.

User Acceptance Sign-Off

One-click verification dashboard for product managers and engineering leaders to approve delivery.

3. Video Walkthrough: What to Watch

In this module, discover how to inspect and sign off on completed deliveries:

  • Navigating the completed task manifest and git commit logs.
  • Reviewing the live test evidence and SBOM dependencies.
  • Exporting formal compliance PDFs for enterprise stakeholders.
