Sign-In & Login

Once your account is created and verified (see Create Account), signing in is the same whether you're an Org Admin or an invited team member.

Signing In​

  1. Go to the DeX landing page.
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. You'll be redirected to your Dashboard.

🔑 Your login email is the same address your account — or your invitation — was created with. If you were invited to an existing organization, use the email address the invitation was sent to, not a personal alternative.

If You Were Invited to an Organization​

If your Org Admin invited you (see Invite Members), your experience differs slightly at first login:

  1. You'll receive an invitation email with a link to set your password — similar to the verification step in Create Account.
  2. After setting your password, sign in normally with your email and new password.
  3. Your Dashboard and available menu items will reflect the Portal Role your Org Admin assigned you (e.g. Architect, Developer, QA, DevOps) — see Members for what each role can see and do.

Forgot Your Password?​

  1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. DeX sends a password reset link to that email.
  4. Click the link and set a new password.
  5. Sign in with your new credentials.
